Job Description

As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies
• Perform general cleaning duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and retail equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
