Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support the store management and team.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Aptitude for efficient cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
