Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of appearance and customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
