Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with team members and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
