Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaborate with team members and assist in various tasks to contribute to the store's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash procedures and company policies for safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• A blend of education and experience is acceptable.
