Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for customers. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Help manage inventory and monitor stock accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
