Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, the products are stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and ALDI values in all tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their needs, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Contribute feedback to management on product issues and inventory management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to follow company policies.
