Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to a positive and efficient store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist in processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and providing outstanding customer service
• Work with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company policies, ensure document security, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and within a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
