Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills standards
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficient in handling equipment and performing general cleaning duties
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
