Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-organized and clean.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as required for the role.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure the store is organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
