Job Description

As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
