Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cashier, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service, you will be an essential part of our success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and the store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Contribute to inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company procedures, policies, and secure the store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in retail is advantageous.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
