Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a clean, well-organized, and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
