Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in monitoring inventory.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capability to perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
