Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy in store counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
