Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on product quality, inventory, and operational issues.
• Follow store policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy according to guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
