Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain product displays.
• Operate the cash register and provide efficient and accurate service to customers.
• Clean and organize the store to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise up to 45 pounds.
