Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and collaborate with team members.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Participate in inventory management and store maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
