Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
