Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
