Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and assist in inventory management while upholding company standards and policies.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves.
- Provide outstanding customer service, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and participate in inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Comply with all company policies and maintain document security.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
