Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the team to ensure a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include stocking products, cashiering, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the management team
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and handle products with care
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Handle equipment safely, follow cleaning standards, and apply company guidelines
• Have good communication skills, work well in a team, and maintain organization
• Meet state requirements for products like alcoholic beverages
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
