Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure proper display.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
