Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
