Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Working collaboratively with the team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to an efficient shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with all company policies while maintaining document and data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
