Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing outstanding customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain organized merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any store-related issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure the security and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Capable of maintaining store cleanliness and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Meet all state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
