Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment, all while delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members and store management to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
