Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your role will directly impact the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service and collaboration with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, handle general cleaning duties, and maintain organized shelves
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and potential improvements
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies to ensure data security and document confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Able to follow company policies and procedures accurately
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Compliance with state and local regulations on alcohol sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
