Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service, collaborating with team members, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in inventory counts.
• Follow cash policies, uphold security measures, and comply with company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and various equipment.
• Capable of meeting cleaning standards and following company policies.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
