Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. By collaborating with the Aldi team, you will contribute to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
