Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous retail experience preferred
