Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are displayed neatly.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and multitask efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and relevant experience is acceptable.
