Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi who will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate closely with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory checks, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies, staying organized, and multitasking efficiently

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and equivalent experience desirable
