Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your collaboration with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Perform store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
