Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback, participate in inventory counts, and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, policies, and ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties effectively.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
