Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
