Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized store, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and stock products efficiently and neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including handling inventory and cash according to guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of handling and operating store equipment safely and correctly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
