Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to ensure efficient store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and collaboration with team members.
• Operate cash register, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for inventory management and loss prevention.
• Engage in store inventory counts and provide feedback to management on product quality and issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
