Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product displays, assisting customers, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays following company standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by participating in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.
• Operate cash register efficiently while following cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
