Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality of data.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask professionally.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
