Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail and customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
