Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
