Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies and procedures
• Adhere to company policies and uphold data security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
