Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's merchandise is stocked, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in safely operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and attention to detail.
