Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies, Mindsets, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties and other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in retail beneficial
