Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring product levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers, hand jacks, and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
