Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will uphold our standards of exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to perform general cleaning tasks and follow company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
