Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. From merchandising and stocking products to cashiering and maintaining a clean environment, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
