Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback to management regarding products, inventory, and store issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
