Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store looks its best, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with store management and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
